Bio: Okay..My name is Mary Kathleen, you may call me Mary, or Mary Kate if
you so prefer. You may address me as Mary Christmas, but not Mary Poppins
or any other variation of Mary. Behind my back ,my name is usually referred
to as That B*tch..haaaa. I am between the ages of 13 and 18. I am sarcastic
and my friends tell me I am at times witty. But alas, I am beyond harmless.
Soo...I love music. My two favorite bands are =w=eezer and Nirvana. (btw,
emo kids that are depressed and listen to groups like =w=eezer and Nirvana
because it's trendy suck. I will spare you from a large rant about them. :)
) I'm also a fan of Smashing Pumpkins, Cake, Irish music, Oasis, The
Pixies, Goo Goo Dolls, Bright Eyes, Third Eye Blind, Pink Floyd, The
Beatles, Matchbox Twenty, Jewel...the list goes on. I play guitar (electric
Silvertone from the 1960s), piano, and harmonica. Notice that I did not say
I was good at playing them. I'm catching on tho, darn it. I also write
lyrics that aren't always half-bad. I sing often, but it's pretty divided
on whether I suck at it or not. I am tall and have glasses and brown curly
hair. I have very peculiar taste in fashion. I love my trusty combat boots
and most of my clothes are very dark coloured. I wear flannel and band
t-shirts a lot. I wear either jeans or army pants. I despise Hot Topic, it
makes money off being a 'loser'...it might have some good stuff but I
refuse to shop at a store marketing to emo kids. My favorite tv-shows are
Daria, The Simpsons (I find the last few seasons to be quite painful,
however), Buffy the Vampire Slayer (::shame::), Control Freak, The Daily
Show with Jon Stewart...ABC news..er..I usually watch whatever's on.... I
love movies, My top 5 favorite movies, subject to change, are Anastasia,
Dogma, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Princess Bride, and Jesus
Christ Superstar. It's A Wonderful Life is rad as well. My favorite actor
is James Cagney. I'm a bookwork, I mostly stick to the classics. I'm
reading Anna Karenina by Tolstoy and love it. My favorite books are
currently: The Outsiders (Hinton), The Princess Bride(Goldman), 1984
(Orwell), Good Omens (Pratchett), Oliver Twist (Dickens), Confessions of an
Ugly Stepsister (Maguire), and A Series of Unfortunate Events (Snicket).
